Interior design

Project for this part contains:

• floor-plan of all developed areas and zones – drawings of functional and compositional solution with situation of the interior elements – mobile and stationary furnishing, visible components of installations parts electrical, plumbing, HVAC;
• 3D computer visualization of the building -   perspective views, 360 degree panoramas and animations;
• drawings of the ceiling (soffit) of all developed areas and zones with indicated treatments, lighting, choice of lighting fixtures and more.;
• drawings of flooring of all developed areas and zones- types, screen and colors, choice of materials;
• unfolds of the walls of all developed areas and zones with a solution of the principal and additional processing and shaping of the elements of the installation system;
• specific details of the interior in appropriate scale – by the decision of the designer;
• drawings of vintage furniture - all necessary details for their implementation;
• drawings and specifications for interior doors and fittings;
• preparation of technical schemes for performance - electrical, plumbing, HVAC;
• detailed quantitative calculations for materials and products by type of works, specifications of products and materials, included in the design of interiors and furnishings;
• providing samples of specific materials by the manufacturer or importer;
• corrections - in the construction process, oral and written instructions to the contractors in the event of ambiguities, discrepancies in the projects.

In order to help the client in realization of the project, we advise and assist in the selection of the following materials:

• flooring - granite, natural stone, laminate, natural parquet flooring, carpets and carpet tiles, PVC flooring and etc.;
• wall - granite, natural stone, finishes of MDF or chipboard, tiles, wallpaper, photo wallpaper and etc.;
• finishes in ceilings - plasterboard, stretched ceilings, lamellas, ceilings and etc.;
• lighting - lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lights, wall lamps, chandeliers, spotlights, light type – LED, luminaries type "moon", fluorescent lamps and etc.;
• buttons and switches - choice of decorative frames and mechanisms;
• blinds and curtains - horizontal blinds, vertical blinds, wood blinds, roll blinds, “Japanese wall” blinds, pleated blinds, “Roman” blinds and curtains;
• equipment for bathrooms - bathroom tiles, cabinets, faucets and accessories;
• interior doors - choice of models, including fittings;
• interior paints - interior acrylic paints, decorative paints, decorative plasters - colors according to the manufacturer’s catalogue;
• veneer of furniture - natural veneer, chipboard, glass, edges, handles and knobs and etc.;
• curtain-rod.

We exercise regular supervision - monitoring over the implementation of finishing works and furniture and their compliance with the project.
